Refund Policy

Effective date: 29 October 2026

This policy covers P56 Plus, the optional paid plan on Project 56. Everything else on P56 is free.

1. Free trial

P56 Plus starts with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. If you don't cancel, the plan you chose ($7.99 a month or $59 a year) starts automatically at the end of the trial.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Settings → P56 Plus → Manage. You keep P56 Plus until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

3. Refunds

• Within 14 days of any payment: email us and we'll refund that payment in full, no questions asked. This includes the first payment after a trial you forgot to cancel.
• After 14 days: monthly payments aren't refunded, but you can cancel so you aren't charged again. For yearly plans, contact us and we'll refund the unused full months.
• Charged by mistake or twice: we'll always refund it.

Refunds go back to the card that paid, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

4. Parents and guardians

If you paid for your child's P56 Plus through a link they sent you, you can cancel or update your card yourself at billing.stripe.com using the email address you paid with. For a refund, email us with that address.

5. How to ask

Email hello@project-56.org with the email address used to pay and the date of the payment. We aim to reply within 2 working days.
